A new store starts as a draft. You can review its catalog and design before publishing it; creation does not make it public automatically.

Your account supports up to two active businesses in any combination of online stores and digital menus. If you have one active business, you can create another of the same type. Active drafts also occupy a slot; archiving a business frees its slot. AI creation has separate usage limits.

Steps

1. From the overview, start the store creation flow.
2. Choose the business type and complete the requested information.
3. Save the draft and confirm that the correct store is selected.
4. Review products, settings, and preview before publishing.

Sign in, confirm that you are using your own account, and use the dashboard as your workspace.

MiniTiendAI organizes your stores, orders, and tools inside the dashboard. Keep sign-in details private and sign out on shared devices.

Steps

1. Open MiniTiendAI and choose the sign-in or account creation option.
2. Complete the available sign-in method and wait for the dashboard to load.
3. Review the overview before creating or selecting a store.

StoreCraft AI proposes initial store content; you review and confirm the result.

StoreCraft AI is the store-generation tool, separate from the help Assistant. Its limits and availability depend on the access shown in your account. Verify names, prices, images, and descriptions before saving or publishing.

Steps

1. Open StoreCraft AI in the dashboard.
2. Describe the business clearly and avoid including sensitive information.
3. Review the complete proposal.
4. Edit incorrect data before accepting the draft.

Use the import template, validate the data, and review the result before publishing.

Importing reduces repetitive work, but the data remains your responsibility. Keep a copy of the original file and correct rows rejected by validation.

Steps

1. Open Import products and download the available template.
2. Complete the columns without changing their headers.
3. Upload the file and review validation notices.
4. Confirm the destination store and review imported products and categories.

Keep a clear catalog with complete products and useful categories for customers.

Each product belongs to the selected store. Review its name, price, availability, image, and category; do not publish information you cannot honor.

Steps

1. Select the correct store.
2. Create the needed categories first.
3. Add or edit each product and assign it to a category.
4. Save and review the result in preview.

Keep each order in the status that reflects its real progress and preserve traceability for the customer.

Status changes help organize operations. Do not mark an order as paid, shipped, or completed until the corresponding event is verified.

Steps

1. Open the order you want to handle.
2. Check its details and current status.
3. Perform the operational action separately from changing the label when required.
4. Update the status and verify that the timeline is correct.

View orders for the selected store and use customer data only to fulfill that purchase.

A customer message or receipt does not confirm payment by itself. Verify payment with the relevant provider before delivery and limit access to order data.

Steps

1. Select the store and open Orders.
2. Open an order to review items, delivery, and the stated method.
3. Confirm any payment outside MiniTiendAI with the relevant provider.
4. Update the order status as fulfillment progresses.

Use Store Studio to maintain the selected store's identity, information, and experience.

Always work on the correct store. Preview helps detect issues, but you must save changes and review the published version separately.

Steps

1. Select the store and open Store Studio.
2. Edit only the section you need: identity, contact, design, or settings.
3. Review the preview on large and mobile screens.
4. Save and confirm that changes belong to the intended store.

Create translations from Store Studio and review them before enabling another language.

Automatic translation can make mistakes with names, measurements, or business context. Only content for languages you generate and enable is published.

Steps

1. Complete the store's source language first.
2. Open the language tool in Store Studio.
3. Generate the target-language translation.
4. Review the store, categories, and products before saving and enabling it.

Buy the domain from a registrar, return to MiniTiendAI, and connect only the displayed DNS records.

Domain purchase and DNS editing happen with your registrar. MiniTiendAI verifies the connection for a published store; your free URL remains available during the process. Propagation depends on the registrar and DNS.

Steps

1. Buy the domain from your preferred registrar.
2. Return to MiniTiendAI and publish the store you will connect.
3. Open Domain Center and add the domain to the selected store.
4. At the registrar, add only the exact DNS records shown by MiniTiendAI.
5. Return to Domain Center to verify status; do not delete other records unless the screen asks you to.

Review the draft, publish explicitly, and share the public URL shown by MiniTiendAI.

Saving a draft is not the same as publishing it. Before sharing, check the catalog, contact details, methods, delivery, and mobile experience.

Steps

1. Select the store and open Publish.
2. Review the preview and correct pending details.
3. Use the publication control and wait for confirmation.
4. Open the public URL in a new window, then share it or generate its QR code.

Define codes, discount type, and conditions, then test each coupon before sharing it.

Coupons can include a minimum order, expiry, usage limit, and active status. Review the business impact of a discount and disable finished campaigns.

Steps

1. Select the store and open coupon management.
2. Create a code and define its discount and conditions.
3. Save and test the code in the public store.
4. Monitor uses and disable the coupon when it no longer applies.

Connect an eligible account for integrated payments or keep your manual payment links.

Optional integrated payments carry a 1% MiniTiendAI fee on the captured order total after discounts, including shipping and taxes included in the charge. Provider fees are additional. Refunds request a proportional commission reversal; verify the result and any reconciliation notice.

WhatsApp and manual links have no MiniTiendAI commission: verify the funds directly with the provider. Opening a link or returning from checkout never confirms payment.

The integrated-payment pilot is limited to verified Mexico accounts, MXN and immediate payments from MX$10 to MX$1,000,000. Providers appear at checkout only when the integration is enabled and the account is ready.

Stripe, Mercado Pago and PayPal each need to be enabled for your store. “Test mode” does not accept real money or confirm activation for sales. If a provider awaits approval or your store is outside the pilot, keep your manual methods.

Steps

1. Select the store, open Settings and choose Manage payments.
2. Review and accept the fee before connecting through the provider. Never paste passwords or secret keys.
3. Connect only an enabled provider. Complete its requirements and refresh the status; if it says Test mode, use test data only. Pending or restricted accounts do not appear at checkout.
4. Test an order from the public store. Use Payments and commissions to review amounts, fees, refunds and settlement; not reported does not mean zero.
5. To refund, enter the order amount you intend to return and choose Refund. Refresh to verify the provider result.

Define shipping, a flat rate, a free threshold, or pickup according to what you can fulfill.

The settings communicate choices to customers, but do not hire or track a carrier by themselves. Keep costs, coverage, timing, and pickup address current.

Steps

1. Open Store Studio and find delivery settings.
2. Enable only the choices you offer.
3. Complete the rate, threshold, or address when relevant.
4. Save and test a cart to confirm the calculation and displayed text.

Save the destination Chat ID for the store and use the dashboard test to verify delivery.

MiniTiendAI manages the service integration; you do not need to create or provide bot credentials. Alerts complement the dashboard and do not replace checking Orders.

Steps

1. Open Telegram and start the conversation indicated by MiniTiendAI to identify the destination chat.
2. Copy the Chat ID and paste it in Store Studio for the selected store.
3. Save the settings.
4. Use Send test notification and confirm receipt; if the server says the service is unavailable, contact support.

Treat visits and events as signals, and validate campaigns against real outcomes.

Metrics can be affected by consent, blockers, and devices. A visit, click, or event does not prove a sale by itself. Do not send promotions without an appropriate basis and consent.

Steps

1. Select the store and open Analytics.
2. Compare periods and avoid conclusions from very few observations.
3. Open Marketing to prepare actions tied to concrete goals.
4. Measure outcomes with order data and the relevant channel.

Review feedback for the selected store and moderate it consistently.

Do not publish personal data in a response. Keep legitimate criticism, remove only content that breaks your rules, and avoid incentives conditioned on a positive opinion.

Steps

1. Select the store and open Reviews.
2. Read the content and confirm which experience it concerns.
3. Apply the available moderation action consistently.
4. If you respond through another channel, protect customer data.

Limit access to personal data and use account export to obtain a structured copy.

Orders can contain contact and delivery data. Use it only for authorized operations, do not paste it into AI tools, and delete local copies when no longer needed.

Steps

1. Open Support and find the account data export option.
2. Request the export while your session is active.
3. Store the file in a private, protected location.
4. Review Privacy for processing details and request channels.

The Assistant explains guides, cites articles, and takes you to allowed sections, but it does not change data.

The Assistant is read-only: it does not create, edit, delete, publish, charge, or modify domains. Its history exists only for the session and clears on reload or sign-out. Do not include personal data, payment details, or credentials in questions.

Steps

1. Open Assistant from the dashboard button or from More and Help on mobile.
2. Ask a specific question without sensitive data.
3. Open cited sources to confirm the steps.
4. Use a trusted navigation action or request a Support draft; you decide whether to submit it.

Use the dashboard form and personally send a request with enough context and no secrets.

The Assistant can prepare a draft but does not submit requests for you. Submission requires your explicit action. WhatsApp and Telegram remain secondary channels when shown in Support.

Steps

1. Open Support in the dashboard.
2. Choose the topic closest to the issue.
3. Describe what you were trying to do, the section, and the exact message.
4. Check that no secrets or unnecessary data are included and press Send.

Identify the store, preserve the error message, and try safe steps before contacting support.

Do not repeat an action many times when it could create duplicates. Never share passwords, credentials, complete customer data, or private files in a help request.

Steps

1. Confirm your connection, session, and selected store.
2. Reload once and repeat only the necessary action.
3. Note the time, section, and exact error text; take a screenshot without sensitive data.
4. If it continues, open Support and include only the necessary information.
